Manager Microbiology - £33k

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation as the Manager for the Microbiology Department.

The department provides regulatory compliant testing procedures to examine biopharmaceutical products for the presence of microbial contaminants. The team currently consists of 12 people that will report to this post. The successful candidate will take overall responsability for this department and its running, an in addition you will liaise directly with external clients and also the company's sales and marketing team to ensure the microbiology service is promoted effectively.

The successful candidate will have a BSc or higher qualification in a biological science. Microbiolgy is ideal along with at least five years of experience in the commercial research field.
