QA Manager - £40k

This is an expanding, dynamic, people focused company based in the Oxfordshire area, providing consulting and outsourced development services to small and medium sized speciality pharma and biotech companies in Europe. Working as part of a small, dedicated QA team you will plan and conduct internal and external GCP audits - as part of outsourced clinical trials and at client site as requested. You will also get involved in advising clients on the set up of internal QA functions as part of the company's consulting services. Management of the internal quality management system and SOPs will also form part of your role. There is a high level of travel within Europe involved in this job and you will need to be flexible about this. There is the flexibility to do this job partly from home 2-3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of this successful QA team! We are looking for a life science degree and at least 3 years experience in GCP, GLP and/or GMP. You will have previous experience of writing SOPs, auditing and implementing quality procedures. It is essential that your QA experience comes from the clinical development environment. You will be paid well for your experience and also qualify for a car allowance.
