Sales Executive - £29k (£35k OTE)

This is a brilliant chance to join a privately owned, UK medical device manufacturer which has gone from strength to strength!

They have an in-house design team, as well as their own award winning manufacturing plant. Building upon their success here in the home market, they are selling their products directly into the USA and Australia. The product range includes interventional radiology, profusion, IVF, obstetrics, gynaecology and cardiology medical products and stainless steel instruments, and the company requires a sales executive for the north Thames, including East Anglia region. The focus is to generate new business, but you must balance this with management of accounts, so it's the right job for a hunter and farmer! This is a challenging role that features unique products, and you'll be convincing doctors to change their standard practices and use your products. This is not a simple 'me too' sell. There is great potential, and an uncapped commission scheme linked to year on year growth, that could earn you a great deal more money than indicated, after your first year. In the long term you may also have the opportunity to work in the USA or Australia. It sounds very rewarding indeed - with a closely knit and supportive team environment too.

You'll ideally come from a theatre diagnostics selling role, and have a background in nursing, but strong life science backgrounds will also be considered if you can demonstrate achievement in theatre sales. Trainees may be considered if they have the desire and will to succeed, and relevant nursing experience.
