European Operations Director - £75k (£95k OTE)

This is a fabulous opportunity to join an expanding biotechnology company which has shown solid and consistent growth across Europe and is considered the market leader within their chosen field of expertise. The company is keen to recruit a European Operations Director who will be based from the company's head office and be responsible for all departments that could potentially affect customer satisfaction. These include, a field service group, internal applications support, applications laboratory, IT, logistics, administrative support and all CRM issues. The company is establishing new procedures, policies and ways of working on a monthly basis due to rapid expansion yet remain totally focused on delivering the highest level of service and support to both its customers and staff. The successful candidate will have over ten years experience in customer services, have managed multi disciplinary teams in a life science company and have experience of ensuring teams work towards one main objective. Experience of running a life science technical call centre and the awareness of the US business culture would be desirable along with European language skills. Excellent presentation and management skills will be required and a high attention to detail will be necesary.
