Recruitment Consultant - £25k (£50k OTE)

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen, for an ambitious and energetic person to join one of the leading scientific recruitment companies in the UK - us! Due to the opening of our new specialist clinical research office and the relocation of two of our consultants, we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work in our Bishop's Stortford head office, on sales and marketing recruitment within the scientific and medical community. Whilst we regard ours as a sales job, the truth is that most of our clients come to us, so the selling element of the job is minimal. The real task is to find candidates for our clients, to match them intelligently to jobs, and to control the process through introduction, to offer and completion. We are therefore looking for someone with highly advanced people skills. An affinity with science would be an advantage, but formal qualifications are not required. You'll need to be comfortable with computers, and - most importantly - you'll need to be a real team player. One of Seltek's strengths is that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
