Associate/Project Manager - £42k

If you are experienced in project management - as a lead CRA or project manager - and are looking for a challenging role offering people and project management responsibility we want to hear from you. The company is an expanding CRO with offices throughout Europe, Asia Pacific and the US and was voted in the top 5 CROs to work for in 2004. This role can be office based in the South East or Home Counties and there may be the flexibility to build in one day working from home. Depending on experience you will be involved in the following; act as an expert advisor to CRAs on GCP, SOPs and all aspects of site management; line manage CRAs ; act as project manager on local or European phase II-IV studies; participate in business development activities; training of CRAs and study team members. As Project Manager you will be accountable for the budget and study timelines, keeping the client up to date with study progress and quality control activities. We are looking for BSc educated, experienced project managers who have previously worked as a CRA. There is a travel element of 35% on a local/European level and you must be flexible about this.
