Clinical Project Manager II - £48k

As a Level II Project Manager you will manage staff and studies on a European and international level - with full accountability for timelines and budgets. These full service studies will involve between 10-15 countries, budgets up to £10 million and the management of international project teams. You will get involved in business development, proposal review, staff recruitment and training activities. Client management will also form a key part of your role and you will work with the client to resolve problems and win repeat business. This is a dynamic, fast paced company and you will need to be able to work within an ever-changing environment. You must have strong financial management skills and be able to motivate, manage and lead international project teams. A BSc is essential and fluency in another European language is desirable. You will be paid well for your experience and will also qualify for a management bonus of between 10-15%.
