Clinical Team Leader - £34k

Combine line, project and site management experience in this new and exciting role within clinical operations! This company is a medium sized CRO, well known for providing structured career progression and excellent training. This is an office based role in Berkshire with some flexibility to work occasionally from home. Working across phases II-IV and a broad range of therapy areas this is a 50:50 split role that will bring together team leadership and project/site management activities and would suit an experienced senior CRA or Project Manager interested in gaining CRA management experience. You can expect to be involved in the following activities: investigator evaluation and selection; management of small local projects as Lead CRA or as Project Leader for a country/number of countries; process improvement/initiatives; mentoring less experienced CRAs; leadership responsibilities for monitoring team; recruitment and selection of CRAs. The scope of the role will depend on experience and represents an excellent opportunity to broaden operational management skills! We are looking for a degree educated experienced CRA/project leader who can demonstrate the ability and motivation to line manage. You will be flexible and willing to get involved in monitoring activities if required. We are looking for the best in the industry and you will need to be a team player with exceptional communication skills.
