Clinical Team Leader - £36k

Experienced CRAs required for challenging team leader position in the UK! There are two roles available in the field and one in the office which is located in Berkshire. The company is a leading CRO currently delivering 10% of all global clinical research for the pharma industry. With excellent training and development on offer they are in an ideal position to develop you into a project manager. This position sits between clinical monitoring and project management and you will be responsible for the clinical deliverable of national and international phase II and III studies. When a study is awarded to the company you will meet with the assigned project manager to set the timelines and budget for the clinical part, decide upon patient recruitment strategy, required clinical resources and monitoring plans. You will form the clinical team, develop monitoring plans, monitor billable hours and financial/project milestones. This is an excellent introduction to project management and would suit a highly experienced CRA looking for the next step. We are looking for CRAs with at least four years monitoring and site management experience who can demonstrate that they have the ability to motivate a team and manage critical timelines and project finances.
