European Marketing Manager - £55k (£56k OTE)

They are expanding their marketing department and require a European Marketing Manager to complete the team. The post would involve developing tactical marketing plans for a specific product line in Europe, analyzing market forces, product launch planning, liaison with the corporate marketing department to support the European perspective. In addition the role will involve establishing strategic initiatives with key opinion leaders to support product development in the European academic market. Ultimately the role is 75% product management and 25% business development, The successful candidate will be a graduate or higher in a biological science with knowledge of the genetics/genomics market. A minimum of five years sales and business development experience is essential. Experience of influencing cross functional groups is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to travel within Europe and occasionally the US are essential.
