Project Manager - ECG Services - £30k

Do you have clinical trial experience but are finding it hard to match your skills to traditional CRA or project management positions? This leading CRO is offering an ECG analysis service to pharma and biotech companies to complement its established full service capabilities. You will be office based just south of the M25 and will travel 20-30% annually within the UK and Europe. As project manager you will be responsible for the management of multiple, small studies from set up to closure. Working with the core business you will produce the study implementation plan, liaise with clients regarding study progress and resolve any study related problems/queries. This is a customer service role and one that requires you to work with business development staff to ensure client needs are being met. There is also a training element to this role, which involves you visiting study site to train investigators and site staff on study requirements and compliance issues. In time there will be the opportunity to take on advanced responsibilities such as staff management and project resourcing. We want to hear from you if you are degree educated, have basic knowledge of ICH GCP and the clinical trials process, and have at least four years customer service experience.
