Events Specialist - £25k

A leading life science company is keen to recruit an Events Specialist to join their marketing communications team. The position will involve taking full responsibility for managing a broad range of events that the company organises. These range from major national events and roadshows through to customer specific mini-exhibitions and seminars. You would plan and implement the event strategy, organise the events with the product management team, manage all stand hardware which would include having a new stand developed and also develop communication tools to drive attendance. This is an exciting role in a dynamic company that is a market leader in their field. The successful candidate will be first and foremost a marketeer. Those with a Certificate in Marketing will be of interest; you should have at least 12 months of hands-on marketing experience and have organised events before.
