Clinical Research Manager - £50k

Are you looking to focus more on people than project management? Do you get a buzz from watching CRAs and clinical team leaders blossom? This is a UK, office based role and would suit an experienced project manager or team leader with an interest in CRA resourcing and management. The job is office based in Berkshire with a market leading CRO offering a full development service to large blue chip companies. The overall responsibility of this role is the coaching, recruitment and development of clinical staff - CRAs and Team Leaders - with full accountability for the business performance of clinical operations on allocated projects within the UK. You will play a supportive role in the project team, allocating CRAs and performing accompanied site visits, ensuring the delivery of the clinical part of the project is within timelines and budget. You will be fully accountable for the performance of your staff on these projects. What are we looking for? At least six years clinical research experience which will include two years at project management level. You will have worked as a CRA previously and have either a proven track record of line management or the ability to motivate a lead a team.
