Project Manager - Capacity Management - £40k

Are you a business or process manager within the biopharmaceutical industry looking for a challenge? In this international role you will be involved in the design, development and implementation of capacity and portfolio planning tools and processes across all R&D departments. The company is a leading biotechnology business with an exciting pipeline of new drugs and a culture that appreciates the potential of motivated and high performing teams. As a project manager within the Planning, Portfolio and Capacity Management group based in East Anglia you will provide training and support to internal customers using these tools, and deliver analyses and business insights that help to efficiently utilise resources and support capacity decisions. Who are we looking for? A graduate in life sciences or management with at least three years experience in the pharmaceutical industry that includes portfolio management, capacity and strategic planning or business consulting. You must be able to manage cross functional teams, develop quantitative tools and explain complex technical systems to non-technical customers. Project management skills are also essential.
