Training Manager - £45k

This challenging position would suit either an existing clinical research trainer or a soft skills trainer from an unrelated industry! The company, a leading development services business, has recently established a dedicated training department for its international division and is looking to expand further with a trainer whose main focus will be either the provision of technical clinical training or soft skills training to CRAs and Project Managers within the business. You will deliver training programmes to cover a variety of clinical topics to staff in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. This is a mobile job and as such there is the flexibility to work from home although you must be able to get to the office in Wiltshire within 1-2 hours. It is expected that 30% travel will be required internationally and you must be flexible on this. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and contribute to the development of the training department and company staff. Who are we looking for? Ideally you will be a degree educated clinical trainer with experience of working as a CRA and Project Manager. Training experience is essential and we are willing to consider experienced trainers from other industries if you can demonstrate a proven track record in soft skills training.
