Product Specialist - £36k (£46k OTE)

A leading manufacturer and supplier of diagnostic instrumentation is keen to recruit a Product Specialist to join their team. The company provide products and services directed at hospitals and clinical laboratories. You will be responsible for a range of innovative microbiology and molecular biology systems. The customer base is well established within the territory, so your role is to introduce a new product range and maximise sales potential. Working closely with the product manager and service engineers, you will oversee installation and provide application and troubleshooting assistance to users. To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in microbiology or molecular biology. In addition, you will have commercial experience within the life science industry. However, if you do not possess sales experience, three years within an NHS microbiology/molecular biology laboratory will put you in good stead!
