National Sales Manager - £55k (£70k)

This is a truly rare opportunity for an ambitious sales manager to step into a high profile position as National Sales Manager, within a leading manufacturer of molecular biology research products . The company has a highly visible presence in their chosen market place and is now keen to recruit a significant individual to lead, motivate and manage a team of seven field sales specialists in the UK. The role will involve all aspects of team management ensuring that the team members are motivated, have the tools to be successful and are set clear objectives. In addition you will be a part of the management team and will interact closely with the marketing group at head office. The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with a sound understanding of molecular biology techniques, and a minimum of five years of sales experience will be required.
