Applications Scientist - £40K (£50K OTE)

A highly innovative life science company that have developed a new instrument based technology which has been adopted by the research market over the last 2 years is expanding its European Applications team and is now keen to recruit an Applications Scientist. The post could be based from the UK, Germany or France as travel across Europe will be required in the role. You would be responsible for training customers, provididng support for immunoassay kits and developing new biological assays at customer sites to meet their research needs. In addition you will attend conferences and provide a high level of customer support to the customer base where you will develop and present solutions to their research problems. The successful candidate will be PhD qualified or have compensating research experience, it is essential that you have developed assays, ran ELISA type kits and understand the applications in this research field.
