Clinical Research Manager - £50K

This interesting senior management job is available as a fixed term 12 month contract with a leading oncology research organisation based in London. In this job you will manage a team of CRAs and Project Managers to deliver high quality data from phase I and II oncology trials in the UK. You will have overall responsibility for the planning and delivery of projects to timeline and within budget, with the Project Managers responsible for the implementation. Team management duties will involve coaching and training, performance evaluation and general project support. The challenging part of this job will be balancing team needs with the progression of projects. Who are we looking for? You will need to have five years experience within phase I-II clinical research - three years of which must be in a project management role - and a degree or nursing qualification and team management experience.
