A leading healthcare company is looking for a Sales Training and Development Manager to join the diagnostics division. This is a field based role and you will be required to be in head office, in the South West, on a regular basis. The main purpose of the role is to design and implement strategic training plans for the sales force, including Regional Sales Managers. You will work closely with marketing personnel to formulate effective product training. Part of the role will require assessment and adaptation of current procedures. To be successful in your application you must have a degree. Three years of field sales training or sales management is essential to provide a high class training programme for this prestigious company. Knowledge of current diagnostic products in the market is very highly desirable. In addition to great communication and presentation skills, you will possess knowledge of current NHS purchasing and contracting procedures.
