Senior Business Development Associate - £Neg

Are you an experienced business development professional looking for the next step in your career? Read on! Our client is a global CRO with a reputation for excellence in the industry. Working within the European business development and proposal team, you will be responsible for the development of clinical proposals based on production of time and budget estimates. Projects can be worth between $500,000 and $8-10 million to the business so this is a high profile and important role! This is not a direct sales job although it will involve extensive liaison with clients to clarify their needs and finalise the proposal document. Within 12 months you can expect to become involved in training junior staff and working on larger, more complex projects. A competitive benefits package is available plus a generous bonus scheme. We are looking for a confident, bright, degree educated individual with some experience of clinical research and at least 12 months proposal writing experience. You will be highly IT literate and able to work within a dynamic, high pressure environment.
