You will be the pinnacle of information surrounding the haematology product range. The haematology analyzers have a strong presence in NHS and private pathology laboratories. Using all your technical knowledge, you will provide the highest level of support to your field-based colleagues and a prestigious customer base. The office-based element of the position involves telephone troubleshooting, in addition to making customer visits to solve technical issues. You will identify training opportunities and indeed carry out some product training too! To be successful in your application, you will possess a PhD, specializing in haematology. Laboratory experience within a pathology laboratory is desirable! Previous use of haematology clinical analyzers is required. Exceptional organizational skills along with computer literacy will put you head and shoulders above the rest.
