Customer Services Manager - £40K (£44K OTE)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading life science company! They are keen to recruit a Customer Services Manager to manage a team and be a key memeber of the operations management team. The role will involve managing a team of customer service staff who process customer quotes and orders and act as a liaison between customers, manufacturing, sales , finance and field service. You will manage this team and improve their performance; in addition you will become involved in European improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be a graduate in business administration with at least five years of prior customer service experience, ideally in a life science company. Previous experience with order management software and adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance would be of high interest.
