European Sales Specialist - £40K (£65K OTE)

A manufacturer of cell analysis systems is keen to recruit a European Sales Specialist. This novel technology is sold to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and academic market. These highly sensitive systems allow for rapid cell based assays and are used in a wide range of applications. This territory will cover the South of Europe, specifically Spain, Portugal and Italy. With a distributor network in place, you will maintain relationships with existing customers as well as gathering and materialising new business in the field. Selling flow cytometry equipment and associated consumables, you will have the autonomy to manage your key accounts and expand the direct customer base. To be successful in your application, you will have previous capital sales experience in the life science industry. A PhD in molecular biology or biochemistry is highly desirable, although not essential if you have extensive experience of cell based techniques gained from a laboratory.
