Sales Manager - £30K (£36K OTE)

Are you an experienced sales person keen to move into management? If so, this is the job for you! This is the rarest of all opportunities as our client is keen to recruit an experienced sales person who is happy to continue covering key accounts in the South of the UK alongside managing a northern sales person. The role will involve managing a number of key accounts in the South East region, growing the business further and managing one sales person. You will help develop this person's sales ability and support them with key accounts. The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with an understanding of molecular biology techniques and at least two years of field sales experience in the life science sector. Those that have a strong consumable sales background will be of particular interest. You should be a self starter, and high levels of motivation are essential. You will be given a great deal of autonomy in this role and have a genuine opportunity to grow sales yourself and through others, building the sales team as revenues grow.
