Technical Applications Specialist - £27K (£32K OTE)

A leading provider of RNA based research products is keen to recruit two technical support specialists to join the team. Following the successful acquisition of a leading life science technology provider, the group is experiencing an accelerated growth and this is your chance to join the dream team! This is a site based role, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the South East. Up to 30% of your time will consist of customer visits and sales support throughout the European territory. You will be responsible for the English, French and German area, providing technical support to existing and prospective customers. Active participation in following up customer queries is part of the remit. You will have the opportunity to carry out technical demonstrations and exhibitions ? presenting at seminars to reflect this exceptional company. Technical training will be provided and this is a great chance to work with a supportive team and mentor. To be in with a winning chance, you will possess a PhD or MSc in molecular biology or biochemistry. Previous laboratory experience in research, involving RNA is an absolute requirement. In addition, you will be fluent in French, German and English ? both oral and written forms.
