The position available is a Technical Service Coordinator and the successful individual will be responsible for preparation of customer technical quotations, scheduling service jobs, instrument troubleshooting and in-house support to maintenance engineers. Enthusiasm is a prerequisite for this role along with excellent organisational and communication skills, and the perfect candidate will have had laboratory experience working to GLP/GMP and ISO quality systems with experience of HPLC and GC.
