Applications Specialist - ?50K (?60K OTE)

A new and growing biotech company that is based in Germany is expanding its commercial team and is keen to recruit an Applications Specialist to support their customers in Germany, UK and Ireland. The role will be based from the company's offices in Germany and will involve travelling to customer sites to assess their specific research needs. You will then be responsible for optimising products to meet their needs, conducting proof of principle studies and presenting information to existing and potentail customers. You will also be involved in training users on the platform technology and attend seminars and trade shows to represent the company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and growing company! You will be a life science graduate with a sound understanding of molecular biology techniques. In particular QPCR, microarray or sequencing experience is of particularly interest. In addition you should have at least one year of applications or customer based experience. High levels of self motivation and the ability to problem solve are essential.
