Clinical Team Leader x2 - £36K

An excellent opportunity for experienced SCRAs to take on leadership responsibilities! This market leading organisation is looking to take on field or office based team leaders who will be accountable for the delivery of clinical milestones within international projects. You will be responsible for forming the clinical team, resourcing the project, planning and monitoring tasks for the clinical team and providing project support. The team leader is also responsible for financial management - tracking billable hours and identifying out of scope work. This is an excellent introduction to project management activities and team leadership! We are looking for CRAs with at least 4 years UK monitoring experience and previous time spent co-ordinating teams of CRAs on international projects.
