European Sales Manager - £55K (£65K OTE)

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading name in the life science market in a senior level post, the company are keen to recruit a European Sales Manager due to internal promotion. The position will involve managing a team of 7 business development managers across Europe and a sales revenue inexcess of $50M. You will be expected to increase this teams effectiveness and take an active role at times in negotiating with Key Accounts in Europe. The products are focussed at the Biopharmaceutical market in Europe, knowledge of this market and the challenges involved negotiating large scale deals with them would be desirable. The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with a proven track record of sales success, including large scale deals along with at least 2 years of hands on people management experience. Those with European sales experience will be of particular interest.
