R&D Scientist - £27K

A leading life science company is keen to recruit an R&D Scientist to help develop client focused testing solutions that meet the needs of the client. The essential functions of the role will include the design, analysis, interpretation and review of the raw data produced in assay development and validation. You will then become involved in rolling out these new protocols to the research team, this will include writing protocols and ensuring that the assay validation projects comply with GLP and anyother appropriate regulations. The successful candidate will be a PhD life scientist or have compensating laboratory experience with a detailed understanding of QPCR techniques and associated assay development and optimisation techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines is essential along with attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
