Customer Services Supervisor - £30K

Work for the worlds leading biotechnology company in a customer service role! This Cambridge based business has one of the strongest product pipelines in the industry for the treatment of cancer, kidney diseases and inflammatory conditions. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure that high quality, efficient and effective customer service is provided within the UK and Ireland affiliate. You will plan, organise and supervise the customer service operation to ensure that customers experience the highest quality of service to meet their expectations. A strong and effective communicator, with service orientation, you will have proven experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a pharmaceutical organisation.
