E-Learning Specialist - £35K

In this role you will be pivotal to the successful implementation of an effective e-learning strategy within a dynamic and expanding drug development services business! Based in the West of England you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of e-learning modules for clinical and project management staff. You will be an advisor to the business on learning methodologies, techniques and technologies; develop technical content material and facilitate the set up and running of virtual training sessions using technology-based distance learning systems. We are looking for a degree educated professional with demonstrable experience in adult education or distance learning. You will be able to take the technical training information and design an interactive training module around this information. You will be IT literate with experience of using FLASH software.
