Field Sales Representative - £25K (£27K OTE)

A leading chromatography supply company is looking to recruit a trainee field sales representative for Scotland and Northern England. This person will join an established team with a company that has doubled its sales force over the last three years. To be successful you will have a background in GC or LC techniques (preferably both) gained in a post graduate laboratory environment, and you will have bags of drive and enthusiasm to take your first step in commercial science. To have gained this experience you will most likely have a bachelors degree (or higher) in chemistry or possibly biochemistry. My client would also welcome applications from experienced sales people but you must have the correct technical background as the company prides itself on providing excellent technical support to its customers. In return you can expect to be well trained, initially here in the UK and later in the US headquarters along with external sales training.
