Take charge of field clinical operations! This is an office based position in the Thames Valley with regular overseas travel. In this job you will be managing a team of CRAs and team leaders across a number of locations. This will include staff recruitment and training, appraisals and salary reviews and the resourcing of staff to projects. You will also have involvement with new business development and process improvement. You will need at least seven years clinical research experience with previous responsibility for line management and a minimum of two years experience in either regional office or multi-country management.
