The Proposals Manager at this company takes ultimate responsibility for the co-ordination and content of all proposals produced across the company. In this role you will matrix-manage a proposal team to ensure delivery of high quality proposals within client specified timescales. The company bids for international phase I-IV full service studies and independent consultancy projects. Who are we looking for? With five years pharmaceutical industry experience you will have spent at least three years in a business development capacity within a CRO. You will have strong writing and presentation skills, with an eye for detail and quality control.
