Resourcing Solutions Manager - £38K

Move into a line management role within clinical monitoring! This is a rare and exciting opportunity to develop or build on existing CRA management experience within a people focused and innovative environment! The company is an expanding, full service CRO rated highly by industry and site staff! Based in the company's Thames Valley offices you will take responsibility for a team of office and field based CRAs and CTAs - either on an office or regional basis as required. Responsibilities will include the following: recruitment and management of staff, resource allocation to projects, identification of resource and training needs, appraisals/performance management and support to sales and departmental management. This job is available on a full or part time basis. We are looking for experienced CRAs (at least five years) with line management or supervisory skills. Applicants without management experience will be considered if you can demonstrate the motivation and ability to manage a team. You must be prepared to work in the office and travel as necessary.
