Training Manager - £55K

This position is responsible globally for the design, delivery and maintenance of instructor-led and self-paced training courses on an international level! The company is an expanding CRO looking to reruit for a newly created training department in the UK. In this role you will plan, design and deliver technical training to CRAs and project management staff. Training will be delivered through a variety of methods: on-line modules, virtual and traditional 'classroom' sessions. The main focus will be technical training although soft skills training will also be included in the remit. The job can be part home based - with a minimum of three days in the office. We are looking for experienced clinical trainers who have worked as a CRA and/or project manager. You will also need a science degree and be able to travel internationally.
