Application Specialist - £30K (£36K OTE)

A worldwide provider of bioscience technology and services is looking for an Applications Specialist. This role will concentrate on the division which offers optimal solutions to pharmaceutical development and manufacturing. Your territory will cover the South East of London, later increasing to include the North West of London and Oxford. The product lines include housings and filters and chromatographic media and columns for use in manufacturing processes. The role requires development of new customer accounts within the biotechnology and life science research markets. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and offering pre and post sales support. To be in with a winning chance, you will have a life science degree, preferably pharmaceutical or chemistry based, and five years of successful sales within the scientific industry combined with relevant working experience within the biotechnology industry is required.
