Executive Director Business Development - £90K

This operational management position within business development is not to be overlooked! In this role you will manage a team of business developers to implement sales strategies and customer plans on a global level. The company is an established, well respected, global CRO based in Berkshire. 40% of your time will be spent coaching, managing and developing a high performing sales team ? rewarding achievements and addressing poor performance. You will monitor customer satisfaction, trouble shoot and provide technical expertise to proposals and contracts. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role. Line management, strategic account planning and customer relationship management are all essential skills. A degree is required, MBA preferred, along with a proven track record of leading international sales teams to deliver revenue targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
