Recruitment Consultant - £30K (£45K OTE)

Owing to the rapid expansion of our specialist Clinical Research Division, Seltek is pleased to offer a chance for an ambitious and energetic person to join us in our new offices based in Egham, Surrey as a trainee Recruitment Consultant! Reporting to and working closely with Diane Elliott, Division Manager, you will be given responsibility for the care of a number of key accounts and you will also be encouraged to develop your own portfolio of clients. You will be given all the necessary skills to handle the entire cycle of recruitment, including a programme of external training with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) which will lead to a professional qualification. In time you will be able to take personal charge of a section of the business, including the recruitment and development of your own staff! This is not a job for the faint hearted! You will need to have experience in some aspect of clinical research, as well as a strongly people oriented personality. You will need the personal drive and motivation to make things happen.
