Sizing Technician - £25K

A specialist cardiovascular device and polymer coatings company is looking to recruit a Sizing Technician to join the growing team. The organisation specialises in the development, manufacture and marketing of medical stent grafts for abdominal aortic aneurysm disease. The role of Sizing Technician is core to the continual success of the main product line. Working within the operations team, you will liaise closely with the manufacturing and commercial team to ensure effective processing of orders. Largely office based, you will receive and evaluate CT scans from customers and sales representatives to create measurements for stent manufacturing. Alternatively, you will gauge measurements to ensure that standards are agreed to your assessment. You will regularly visit clients within hospitals and distributors to ensure the smooth transaction of the sales process.You will have a degree or PhD in a medical subject, and the ability to read and interpret CT scans of the vascular system.
