UK Field Sales Manager - £35K (£50K OTE)

A leading manufacturer of diagnostic tests for the food industry is looking for a UK Sales Manager to join the team. This is a nationwide role, including Ireland. The global company manufacture monoclonal based test kits for the analysis of toxins within foodstuffs. With a successful global distribution network and 7 established subsidiaries, the opportunities will be vast! You will manage a small team of sales representatives throughout the UK and support the distributor in Ireland. Your role will call for a hands on approach, with a need to implement quarterly sales action plans in addition to dealing with customers directly. To be successful in your application, you will have a life science degree combined with relevant working experience with ELISA and HPLC. Alternatively, a proven track record in sales with related products will be highly desirable. Sales to private and public laboratories are essential.
