Biomedical Sales Executive - £23K (£25K OTE)

The other day I had a call from a guy who told me that their company had a problem - they were in desperate need of someone to support the International Sales Manager. I told them that I could definitely help - but what exactly were they looking for? Well - it turns out that that these guys manufacture microscopes and my contact told me that business is going really well (which is nice). They are looking for someone who will help to establish new distributors and manage the current ones and be involved in marketing training and managing a territory. There will be plenty of overseas travel and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. You should have laboratory experience; and if you have used or sold microscopes you will be at a definite advantage. Microscope sales are not essential but you will be the type of person who has good interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality with genuine reasons for wanting to move into a commercial role. This is definitely a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress from a laboratory to a commercial position coupled with bags of responsibility in a dynamic and challenging environment - what more could you ask for?!
