Strategic Account Manager - £50K (£60K OTE)

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a globally recognised leader in the life science industry as a Strategic Account Manager. This is a high profile role that will involve managing and expanding the global strategic account programme in Europe. The role will focus on negotiating and implementing European/global agreements within major pharmaceutical and chemistry companies. You will also identify significant business opportunities in Europe and drive sales through local sales teams. This role will have high visibility within the company and is critical to the organisation's success in Europe. The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with over five years of proven sales success at least three of which will be in key account management ideally managing large pharmaceutical accounts. European experience is very desirable and excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long term relationships are essential.
