Description:	Got lots of clinical experience but not sure of your next step? Have you considered line management? This job would suit an experienced project manager or clinical lead interested in developing team management experience. You don't need to have previous experience in a line management role just the ability to demonstrate the skills and motivation required. This job would be office based in Berkshire with minimal travel - some home working could be negotiated. In this role you will recruit train and manage CRAs with responsibility for resource allocation financial management and operational support.
