Description:	Calling all career CRAs! Our client is a global organisation running large complex clinical trials across a variety of therapy areas including oncology anti-infectives and immunology. There is the flexibility to be either office or field based and the option to work full or part time. This job would suit you if you are a very experienced CRA wanting to retain the hands-on element to the job. You will continue to attend site visits whilst allocated to projects but will also assist the operations managers with department training and mentoring junior staff - this will include accompanied site visits for new CRAs. Long term development opportunities include trial co-ordination or people management. To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience as a CRA with a proven track record in supervising staff and leading teams.
