Description:	In this role you will provide expert consulting on biopharmaceutical development strategies for client development programs! Working from the UK France or Germany you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of scientific and regulatory experts to oversee the planning and execution of client programs from discovery through preclinical and clinical studies to post-marketing. At Director level the value of program work under your direction will be between £2-5 million. You will also be involved in business development activities working alongside the BD lead to negotiate program management contracts. There is also responsibility for evaluating the performance of program team members and mentoring. Who are we looking for? Candidates with experience in developing biopharmceuticals the ability to facilitate and lead multi-functional teams of scientists and expertise in one or more scientific disciplines involved in biopharmaeutical development.
