Description:	This is a New Year treat for one lucky person: a highly regarded life science company that has shown consistent sales growth over the last five years is expanding within the UK and is keen to recruit a Sales Manager.  The role will involve managing a team of five field sales people setting sales targets mentoring and coaching at all levels to ensure targets are achieved alongside recruiting and motivating as required.  You will be involved in formulating UK sales strategy and take a hands-on approach with specific key accounts mainly large pharma.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team!  The successful candidate will be a graduate with a good understanding of the molecular research environment.  You should have either gained team leadership experience and be looking for a new challenge or have field sales experience and now want to move into a management post.  To discuss this excellent opportunity within a company committed to developing its staff contact us in the strictest of confidence.
