Description:	Senior Biostatistician: If you were to look at the population of Biostatisticians you would definitely put your self in the desirable part of a Gaussian curve by landing this job. The meaning "desirable" here is a function of salary responsibility working environment and type of company (in this case: company= small Pharmaceutical company part of a major group). If you plot a graph of the rewards against the responsibilities then the slop of this job is very steep (and positive?!).
